- Mattresses 12 inches or above: Due to their size and specialized handling, exchanges for mattresses 12 inches or above are not accepted.
- Special Sizes: Exchanges are not accepted for mattresses with special sizes (e.g., custom lengths, widths).
- 7×7, 5×6, 4×6 sizes: Exchanges are not accepted for mattresses with these specific dimensions.
Exchange Process:
- If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- We will require you to provide photos or videos of the damage or defect.
- Our team will then assess the situation and guide you through the exchange process.
Important Considerations:
- Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
