Thank you for your interest/order at M&F Mainfoam Limited. We are committed to delivering your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Free Delivery:

We offer free delivery on most items. Please allow 1-5 business days(Monday-Saturday) for your order to arrive.

• Free delivery is available within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) within Lagos, excluding the following areas:
  • Apapa
  • Ikorodu
  • Badagry
  • Amuwo
  • Epe
• Delivery to these excluded areas may be possible at no cost based on the order value or customer purchase history.
• We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free delivery to these areas on a case-by-case basis.

 

Important Note: If you have chosen the free delivery option, please be patient and allow the specified delivery timeframe. Frequent inquiries regarding the status of your order may delay the delivery process.

Express Delivery:

For faster delivery, we offer an express delivery option. Express delivery fees may apply, starting from N7,500 – N59,000 depending on your location. Please contact us for a precise quote.

Express Delivery Service Policy – M&F Mainfoam Limited

M&F Mainfoam Limited (“the Company”) provides customers with the option of Express Delivery Service. By selecting this service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Delivery Timeframe

   • Express Delivery is proposed within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation.

   • While the Company shall make every reasonable effort to meet this timeframe, delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to traffic conditions, logistical delays, or third-party service failures, may result in delivery exceeding the stated period.

2. Use of External Providers

   • To execute Express Delivery, the Company engages the services of independent external drivers and/or logistics companies (“Service Providers”).

   • The Company does not own, operate, or directly control these Service Providers and therefore shall not be held liable for their actions, omissions, or delays.

3. Refunds and Payments

   • Express Delivery fees are generally non-refundable, as the Company is required to remit payment to the Service Providers in advance of dispatch.

   • Refunds shall not be issued in cases of delay or non-performance caused by circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.

4. Limitation of Liability

   • The Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss, inconvenience, or expense arising from delays in Express Delivery.

   • The customer accepts Express Delivery at their own risk with full understanding of the above conditions.

By requesting Express Delivery, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this policy.
