Customization & Special Size Mattress Policy
At M&F Mainfoam Limited, we offer customized and special-size mattresses to meet unique customer requirements. Due to the nature of custom production, the following policy applies strictly to all customized or special-size mattress orders.
1. Definition of Customized / Special Size Mattresses
Customized or special-size mattresses refer to non-regular mattress dimensions that are produced only upon customer request and are not standard mattress sizes in Nigeria.
Examples of customized or special sizes include, but are not limited to:
75 × 48
75 × 60
79 × 71
79 × 72
80 × 80
84 × 84
These sizes are not stock items and are produced strictly based on the dimensions provided by the customer.
2. Availability, Production Process & Timeline (Extended)
Customized or special-size mattresses are made strictly on request and are not stock items. As a general guideline, M&F Mainfoam Limited proposes a production timeline of 1–5 working days from order confirmation and payment.
However, customers should clearly understand that:
This 1–5 working days timeframe is an estimate, not a fixed guarantee
Customized or special-size mattresses often involve complex technical processes
Production may require building a new mould, recalibrating machinery, or making other technical adjustments
These technical proceedings may occasionally result in extended production timelines
Because each custom mattress is unique, production timelines may vary depending on the size, structure, and technical requirements of the order.
M&F Mainfoam Limited shall not be held liable for delays arising from these necessary technical processes, as they are essential to ensuring accuracy, durability, and quality standards.
Customers are advised to place customized or special-size mattress orders well in advance, especially when delivery is time-sensitive.
3. No Exchange Policy
Due to their special and non-standard nature, all customized or special-size mattresses are:
Non-exchangeable
Cannot be swapped for another size, model, or product after production
This policy exists because such sizes cannot be resold or reassigned.
4. No Refund After Production
Once production of a customized or special-size mattress has started:
No refund shall be issued
These sizes are not standard in Nigeria and do not fit over 95% of Nigerian mattress needs
As a result, the product cannot be returned to stock or resold
Customers are therefore advised to confirm all details carefully before approval.
5. Measurement Responsibility (Very Important)
We strongly recommend that customers:
Consult a qualified professional (carpenter, interior fitter, architect, or furniture expert)
Take accurate measurements of bed frames or available spaces
Avoid guesswork or assumptions when submitting custom dimensions
All dimensions provided must be final and precise.
6. Limitation of Liability
M&F Mainfoam Limited:
Is not responsible for incorrect, incompatible, or unsuitable sizes provided by the customer
Shall not be held liable if the mattress does not fit due to measurement errors submitted by the customer
Produces strictly according to the dimensions approved and confirmed by the customer
By placing a customized or special-size order, the customer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy and compatibility of the provided measurements.
